- There are lots of pictures of everything for sale
on this website. We hope that the details provided are helpful.
- Of course, nothing substitutes seeing the
products in real life. Please feel free to contact us to make an appointment.
- Alternatively, you can visit your local shop,
have a look, and then order from us!

Ordering
- We have most items in stock. If we don't have what you want then there is no
problem ordering it for you! A deposit of 50% is required.
- Some items have to come from Europe and delivery to us can take up to 6 weeks.
- Please contact us either by phone or email to confirm availability and we can give
you a more accurate delivery time.
- We suggest you make your order in plenty of time before your due date so everything is ready
should baby decide to come early! There is no problem in storing your order with us until the Big Day comes!

Payment
- We accept cheque,postal order, bank draft, money transfer (banking online) or cash. Cash on delivery (cheque or postal order) can also be arranged.
- We have no facility for Visa or Laser.
- We do accept payment by sterling cheque.
- Please contact us either by phone or email and we can make arrangements for payment.

Delivery
- We offer FREE Delivery on all
orders over €175 within Ireland. For any order which is under €175 an additional
charge will be added to your order to cover postage and packaging.
- We can arrange delivery to UK and Europe. Please contact us for a quotation on delivery costs.
- We aim
to have your order delivered to your door within 48 hours of receiving
payment.
- For items not in stock that need to be ordered we will do our
best to keep you informed of when the item is expected to arrive.

Returns
- We make every effort to
describe and display our products in great detail. However, if you feel
your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back provided it is in the
original packaging, un-used and fit for re-sale.
- Please note that you will
be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
- All items you
wish to return have to be received by us within 7 days of your receipt of
delivery. Please note that all relevant packing slips and other documents,
such as instructions, should be included with the product.
- Once this
procedure has been followed and the product is in the condition as stated
above you will receive your refund less the cost of any delivery costs we
have incurred in getting the goods to you. Free delivery to you is not
Free for us. It costs about €20 per box.

Faults
- All the products sold by us
have been manufactured to comply to the relevant safety standards within
the EU.
- All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 6 months
for defects in manufacturing or material.
- If a product you have purchased
has a fault and is covered by this warranty we will repair or replace the
item for you and cover the delivery costs.
- However, if a fault has
occurred through misuse, accidental damage or excessive wear and tear then
all carriage and repair costs will be borne by you.
- We value your custom
and we will endeavor to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your
statutory rights are not affected.
